The conventional sit up is one form of exercise you can do at the AB Rocket. Sit on top of the AB Rocket chair with your head and back resting on the back support and your arms crossed in front of your chest. Push your legs down and your back backwards. For five minutes, hold this position and release. You can repeat this exercise at a number of repetitions convenient for you.
Another is the AB Rocket Crunch. Position on the AB Rocket facing up with your legs a bit and your feet flat on the floor. Extend your arms in front of your torso or hold on the side handles. Do a crunch with your torso up towards your knees and contracting your abs. Release to the original position. Do this repeatedly.
The V-Ups is another type of exercise. Position yourself similar to a sit up position. Push your back simultaneous to pushing your legs down on your seat until in a prostate position. Hold on the position with your arms in front until perpendicular to your shoulders. Release while putting your legs in 45 degrees angle while keeping your arms straight in front of you. On hold still for a few minutes and do again the prostate position. Repeat the exercise.
